Payment Protection
We offer mortgage payment protection. You can make an on line application so that you are certain in the knowledge that the payment protection is sufficient to cover your client’s borrowings
Surveys / Valuations
We can instruct a valuation or survey immediately from our nationwide panel of surveyors on receipt of cleared funds. Your client can pay by credit card, debit card or cheque. Valuations and surveys will usually be done within 48 hours of receiving instruction from us.
